Carol manages SOG’s Finance and IT teams and is responsible for production of the company’s accounts and liaison with SOG’s bankers, auditors and tax advisers.
She joined SOG in 2000 after more than 15 years experience with Ernst and Young, one of the UK’s top accountancy and business service providers.
The ten years prior to SOG, she worked as senior manager at Ernst and Young’s Manchester office providing financial expertise for owner managed businesses.
One of her main contributions at SOG has been the introduction of robust finance and management systems appropriate to a medium sized enterprise. She has also been appointed chief financial officer of the new Fusion project.
