SOG owns and manages a thriving 60 acre business and technical park at The Heath, Runcorn. Established in 2000 on the site of ICI's former headquarters, it is now home to more than 150 British and international companies, ranging from bio-science firms to IT specialists, from food industry consultants to website designers, and from government agencies to telemarketing specialists.

Residents have been attracted by the business park's impressive facilities, flexible leasing arrangements and first class transport links. The Heath offers a wide range of serviced office and laboratory space, together with a purpose-built conference centre, 120-seat lecture theatre, licensed restaurant, shops, bank and a gym. Sanofi-aventis has appointed SOG Ltd to manage the regeneration programme for its historic pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Dagenham, Essex, which is due to close in 2013. SOG is overseeing the regeneration strategy for the 108-acre site which aims to attract new businesses and new jobs to the location. The scheme is being undertaken as part of SOG’s Fusion consultancy programme.
