The third stage of Fusion involves the creation and development of a detailed business plan – a “blueprint” for the future. Based on information identified during the “feasibility” stage, this would be drawn up in partnership with the client and would address key issues such as proposed future strategy, the state of the market and how any venture would be marketed.

Among its many applications, the business plan would be suitable for presentation to potential providers of external finance.
