Following three stages devoted to preparations and planning, the final stage – “implementation” – centres on the actual delivery of the project. SOG’s exact role would be determined by the specific conclusions within the business plan but would involve working closely with the client and offering expert guidance and support throughout the process.

Depending on the nature of the actions being pursued, the implementation stage could potentially involve a long-term relationship, with SOG also able to provide a broad range of support services, such as facilities management, skills training and specialist engineering.
