Due to London’s science community being so short of space and facilities, Londoneast-uk have committed to develop a dedicated Post-Incubation Centre within the Cube Laboratories at Londoneast-uk.
“The Cube Post-Incubation Centre” will offer facilities, support & equipment for emerging scientific R&D companies looking to move forward in their next stage of development. This will bridge the gap between incubation and fully fledged manufacturing by creating a platform designed to accelerate growth.
Londoneast-uk Ltd will be investing considerably in this facility and are seeking support funding from the latest round of the GLA’s “Growing Places Fund.” This project is considered to be an excellent fit with the prospectus of this latest funding opportunity.
The closing date for bids is 21st October 2015 and successful applicants will be informed in February 2016. This means if the bid is successful “The Cube Post Incubation Centre” will be fully operational in April 2016.
Londoneast-uk Ltd will survey the building and laboratories in order to recommission the Cube during the remainder of 2015 to meet the needs of such a specialist facility.
Londoneast-uk will continue to welcome new enquiries from potential occupants and endeavour to open The Cube’s doors early 2016!
