Tony is a founder director of SOG and is responsible for the smooth-running of The Heath Business and Technical Park. He oversees everything from accommodation services and licence agreements to customer care and the provision of mail, stores and reception services.
Tony comes from an electrical engineering background and started his working life with ICI as an instrument engineer in 1975. He then spent more than 20 years in various engineering roles before being promoted to site project services manager and later customer services manager, all within ICI.
One of his main tasks at SOG, along with other directors, has been to lead an evolution in culture, steering staff with a large corporate company ethos into an organisation with a dynamic, enterprise culture offering customers competitive, cost-efficient services.
